Gutted never made to party
Hi to all
So gutted went to London and never made it to the birhday party.
Started with a cold friday night but still went to London after dosing myself up, managed all round Earls Court then had a bad time getting to our Travelodge as there were no tubes were we were staying, by the time we got back my cold had come back with vengence, ried to dose myself up again but it just didn't work so we ended up missing it. : (
Hope everyone had a super time and that I will meet up with you all soon.

The tubes were awful on Friday too, took us ages to get back to Liverpool St.

I did talk to Pete and get a cuddle from him, I talked to Dolly and didn't I talk to you Stella star with Pete.
I was really fed up as I had looked forward to it for so long but these things just happen, I haven't had a cold for ages. x x x

Sorry to hear you went down with a cold, so missed the party. Hope you feel better soon.
I only went for the day yesterday, and live a long way away, so only went to the Vitality show, but not the party.
What a shame I didn't see you there, I would of loved to have met you.

What a shame, the lack of a ribbon explains why I missed you, because I was going up to everyone with a ribbon and asking who they were.
Don't worry Stella my memory is like a sieve too. It wasn't till Blossom just described you then, that I could put your name to the person again.

The party was great - although we only stayed for the first part. It was wonderful to meet so many fellow bloggers and put names to faces and get lots of hugs.

How was your Travelodge?
OUrs at Kings Cross Royal Scot was a bit of a nightmare! Broken furniture, lifts not working, dirty stairwells, rusty shower curtain rail, a very 'tired' bathroom well in fact a very tired building.
Breakfast was a bit of a 'bun fight'. Loads of students. One toaster, yuk cereals, yuk mushrooms, scrabbled eggs without flavour, slow in bringing out plate, cups - well the list goes on - the best bit about the breakfast was the bacon and I had only take one rasher.
I will not go there again.

Thanks Dolly for your concern, it was a nightmare getting back to the travelodge
but I just felt so ill and then later it started raining so I as glad we hadn't ventured out. Hope to meet you again some time even if its only next year at the V show which my daughter wants to go to lol x x x
Sandie Sorry your T lodge was so bad ours was lovely and new but I do agree about breakfast we had to queue as the dining room wasn't big enough, but we had a lovely evening meal, thought it took me that long to eat it with having a cold that Pete would have been so proud of me lol x x x
