Mulling things over
Long day - just crawled in from PT but better have a bath and go to bed. My head is just a whirr with everything at the moment. I don't really feel like I am thinking properly at work - have decided that I am going to take a month off after this contract ends in March as I am too tired to go straight into another job
Food diary:
Breakfast: cappucino and croissant, apple juice (still haven't worked out what to eat on that long commute to work on a Monday morning as I just don't feel like anything when I first wake up)
Snack: nuts
Lunch: small mushroom soup, small granary roll
Snacks: 1/2 cappucino, ginger biscuit, nuts, 1 pitta bread with humus
Dinner: 1 pitta bread with humus (pre-gym!), plum
Post gym snack: fruit salad, yoghurt
Probably didn't eat enough today, didn't have time to eat and didn't really feel hungry. Will have a decent breakfast tomorrow












If you weren't hungry you ate enough - listening to your body is vital as no two days are the same - you'll make up for it today.
