Day 15


Well Day fifteen says find something else to do instead of eating when I am not hungry.

1. Watch Pete's video of the day.
2. Phone a friend. No that one isn't any good as I don't do chitty chatty phone calls. Get on with some work would be a better idea. But then I dont pick and snack at work so that is inappropriate.
6. I dont pick and snack - I think that Pete has reprogrammed my circuits.
7. I just think that I eat too much at some mealtimes. Ok well at a lot of my meals.
7. I will not get the cheese out after a meal. The other me would get cheese out and nibble as soon as I got home; in fact when ever I got home.
6. Dont eat pudding - hardly ever. Rarely; in fact perhaps not once a week.
6. Take my own food to work and not taking a sandwich or cake from His lunch bag.
7. Make sure that I drink enough through the day.
6. I do not need cake and biscuits on Sunday afternoon - change to fruit tea at 5o'c on Sunday. I wouldn't eat cake with fruit tea.

I appear to be all at sixes and sevens with my progress and my thoughts but I am making progress. I am off to check out some of the blogs. See you there...
