DAY 80
Now that's a nice number. I love even numbers.
Brekky: porridge with berries 2 rounds of toast+coffee
Lunch: tomato+mushroom omlette+salad
Tea: my son's homemade curry which was lovely but very hot, it was low fat so was fine. Does very hot curry speed metabolism up?
Snacks: 3 chocolate biscuits and another cup of tea.
Not bad considering it's been an awful day. My server crashed and burned at 10.15am today, we had 4 big clinics running with patients managing to trudge through the awful weather. Proud that our staff carried on without computers, I won't go into boring details but it is very difficult to run a clinic without a computer. It finally got fixed at 6pm and I got home at 8.30pm phew wot a day! Am sooooo looking forward to a lie in tomorrow. But we survived another day in the nhs, if people only knew what goes on behind the scenes to get things running.
It's a bit warmer today just the -4 on the way home tonight.
Hope everyone is coping with the big freeze and not struggling too much. Am setting myself just the one challenge tomorrow - drink more water, shouldn't be that difficult surely!

Good luck with the drinking water. I also have it hot with a slice of lemon or lots of fruit and peppermint teas (especially at work where sometimes making a hot drink is as much about taking a break from the computer and desk)

Thanks for your kind words. Had 2 massive lie ins ! lazy or what! and now feel much better, water consumption on the up - you were quite right to remind me Ayesha. Just pottering on sorting the washing out with a large glass of lemon tea.
