B for Beautiful,
I am beautiful !! We all are guys,!! lost my first B blogg, on my new self afirming alphabet, so doing a quick recap. Good to reinforce the positives. B for Petes Beneficial programme lol. Am really concentrating on the no sugar tool my friend and i encouraging each other. She has M E and Candida, which i believe feeds off sugar and yeast. She has been very windy, so have i lol. Her nutritionist say thats because the candida cells are dying off, also both felt tired on day two.Off to have a salt detox rub at spa, Am really trying to look after myself more without feeling guilty.Have a great day everyone catch up later, love Faith xx
