New Entry
Been practising some new skills/ tools / habits recently-
1) Being kinder to myself when I don't feel quite well so not energetic enough to go to gym (had an ear infection and felt grotty).
2) Keeping going and recovering from wobbles when I felt fat because I hadn't been to gym for a few days.
3) Breathing deeper as I have come to realise that I often shallow breathe.
4) Learn't how to make a smaller smoothie instead of the huge ones I had been having.
Hopefully back to gym tomorrow. Looking forward to next big challenge!!!

have been catching up on replying - said I would do it for 30 minutes, 50 minutes later thought I would stop, but so glad I caught yours. Its what I need to do today.
