DAY FOURTEEN ...


had a good day. Didn't buckle under the pressure (boyfriend problems). The old me used to turn to crisps, chocolate, cake, M&S trifle, buscuits, fizzy drinks and deserts of any kind smothered in double cream. The new me went for a seven mile walk (alone) it was fantastic, drank lots of water and ate when I was hungry. I also express my feelings to the person question instead of eating them.

I think its great that you went for a walk instead of turning to food, well done. Its good that you expressed your feeling to the person too, I can be guilty of holding my feelings in too at times, so I will take a leaf out of your book.
