Day 2


Quick Blog as I'm in a bit of a rush.
Did OK yesterday but forgot (again) to leave food on plate.
I need to try this again today.
Did OK foodwise until I went for a curry when I got out of the nightclub! D'oh!

Outcomes for today:
eat only when hungry
Eat slowly
Leave some food on my plate

Ash's Gravatar You could try Pete's suggestion to cut down your food by 25%. Dish it up, then take off 25% immediately. Only go back for it if you are really hungry :) And I made that sound so easy... :) ha ha

suefromcoast's Gravatar The easiest way i have found is to have much smaller plates, i used to use huge dinner plates that were turned up at the edge for maximum loading of food!!! I have now gone down 2 plate sizes, and sometimes even use a desert dish rather than a plate, so that way i cant forget to stop eating, as the portions are really small.
That is really worth a try, at christmas i got the huge plates out again, and guess what the weight went back up at a alarming rate, so small portions are definately the key for me.
