DAY TWELVE ...
Feeling great today! I can actually notice my body shape changing and for the first time in years i'm getting definition in my legs. Preparing my meals in advance has been one reason why this weight loss programme works so well for me. I'm still off the tea and coffee (it'll be three weeks on Monday) and I've lost 4lbs in weight.
