6WC - day 3
What a difference a day makes!!
Had a fantastic day yesterday. Really focused on the tools as Pete advises.
2 litres of water - Yes
Eating only when hungry - Yes
30 mins walk - yes 2 hours
By thinking about the tools it really helped and i felt in control. I visited the blogg site for a longer time, and it help enormously, so i MUST continue to do that.
Both recieving support and reading otheres journals and replying to some, help you realise you are not alone and that a little blip is all it is.
Being patient and building a foundation is what Pete says today and how true, and to keep focusing on the tools chosen for the day.
so eating slowly
2 litres of water
regular exercise are todays tools.
