Day one went well


Feel clear in my head today, as i got off to a great start yesterday. And back to listening to Pete 1st thing!!
Could of been a bit better with the 2ltrs of water, not being serious enough, but today, i'm really back.
Tools - Eating slowly
Drinking 2 litres of water
Exercise at least 30 minutes.
I met my mate at the pub last night after exercise class, and although i was hungry,but not excessively so, i had soup, great choice, really tasty. But the journey home all i could think of was choc and wine. I have to pass a supermarket, and i knew i needed milk, should i go in or not. I told myself that i had to face these difficult moments and if i was serious enough i could just get milk and salad things without the EXTRA's. I did it, only to get home and be faced with the same dilemma, what could i eat!!!! i had cooked extra new potatoes for lunch so i could use in a salad, so with some chilli sauce!! i hand 3 little potatoes. I don't feel bad, because i know i had been good all day, yes the potatoes were extra and i wasn't hungry, but it showed me that having the potatoes in at least i had a healthier option to nibble rather than crackers and binging on them. And well done for not hidingaway from going to the supermarket. So here we are again, back in the saddle and i feel in control.

deanjane's Gravatar Sounds like you did really really well Kaza, we have to make sure we mark and celebrate and trumpet all those little triumphs and don't allow ourselves to add yeast to the little mistakes.

I can see that you have not blogged for a while and I wanted to find out how you are and invite you to join in our six week weight loss challenge starting on Monday the 15th of June.

The programme has gone from strength to strength and we now have more and more success stories and a great community of bloggers who are all positively supporting each other.
Lets make this Summer special, where we are all feel better about ourselves, have more energy and look great. I personally dare you to do this, whether you’ve never completed the whole programme or you’ve been through it lots of time. Even if you don’t want to follow the 21 days, you could still decide some tools to use and just go for it.

As I have already mentioned the challenge will start on the 15th and I am encouraging everyone to go through the 21 days twice. I would encourage you to blog as much as you can using your on-line journal, as you allow yourself to support and be supported by others.

So the question is, "Are you up for it?"
