New Entry

I have just realised that I haven't written down the tools i intend to use for most of my journal entries. I am concious when i say things like this which imply criticism that I feel defensive. I know it's a matter of I haven't but I can but is is a element of negetivity that i still need to challenge. I think that since going through this programme this time some of the ideas are embedding more strongly than ever before. I just don't always do what I would like to... what's stopping m? today's session really gavea hint of the answer.
My life is in a stage of transistion and whilst i fel really positive about the changes, there is some saddness which is understandable. Food and wine still the usual crutch.. still work to be done but maybe not at this moment?

Comments :
Mandie's Gravatar Sue I hardly ever write down the tools consciously. It's a personal thing - why write them down if you don't need to highlight them. If you feel that food and drink are a crutch then focus on those when you're ready. In the meantime don't beat yourself up - you're still here and still blogging and probably doing a lot more automatically than you even realise!

suefromcoast's Gravatar Hi Sue

I agree with Mandie, I dont write down the tools, I know what tools I need to work harder at, as when you have been doing the programme for a while you will find that some tools do become second nature very quickly, and some you need to work a bit harder at before they become part of you too.

The biggest thing is that you keep blogging, keep taking small steps day by day and one day the whole programme is just a natural and wonderful way of life for you !!!

love and hugs
