Ooooh BTW....
Weighed myself this morning as I was feeling slim and toned - big mistake - according to the scales I've gained half a stone!
Haven't weighed myself during all this recent stress so I'm guessing the comfort eating has taken it's toll and the stress has made me hold onto the fat stores.
HOWEVER, I AM feeling more toned than I've ever done and know that my muscle mass is significantly higher than it was along with my fitness levels. I've decided that I'd like to lose another stone and call it a day - somehow just saying that has relieved the pressure and made it so much more doable!
