Keeping a weight loss journal or even having your own weight loss blog will help keep you focused on your goals and allow you to air your triumphs (or disappointments!) While the majority of our members choose to keep their journals private - these very kind folks have allowed some of their Journal/Blog Posts to be published... Inspiring stuff! Thank you everyone!

seriously, i don't tend to eat extra over christmas. i am always driving, so lucky if i get one alcoholic drink. christmas lunch and then pineapples and cream for tea - which i also have again on boxing day.....but that's it. the only thing i have to watch out for is if the quality st is lying around.
but this year i have a project to clean out the garage between christmas and new year - it's about a 5 day job so should keep me occupied :)
hugs annie X
ps you sing just like Mr. J. - stick with the day job chuck ! x
got to say though that song has been going round in my head , ha, keeps going round and round, but thank god i do think this will be the first christmas i actually wont be stuffing my face........ and i dont think i have ever looked forward to a christmas so much.
Thankyou Pete from the bottom of my heart xxxx
