Day 4 - Autumn Term
I have eaten more slowly today and I have drunk more. I spent the majority of the morning at the hairdressers, but made up for that this aftie by being very active at home doing all sorts.
I know now what I want to achieve for me, myself and Diana - no one else.
I want to be slimmer fitter and healthier. That reminds me that I need to go back to the doctor for a retest of my thyroid function.
I have put a few pounds back on over the last two months, but I am now determined to forge ahead and keep my focus on being more toned feeling much better without the stimulants ie sugar and chocolate and feeling flexible and so lose weight again.
We go away to Portugal soon so I can use it as a aiming point to help me achieve the outcome I want.
What is the best alternative to salads in the autumn? Soup - homemade - I have just bought a heavily discounted Soup Bible to help me on my way.
There are still health issues in the family but the more it carries on I thank god that we live in a civilised country and have 'reasonable' health care.
We have so much to be thankful for, in so many ways.
And oh yes I will keep moving - I am not ready to be still!

And I love soup too! I have a pea and mint one today for lunch - not home-made but made by my organic veg supplier!
