Yo-Yo Weeble woman!
I have had the same old weekend problem when it has all slipped a bit ( I need to go and see Pete EVERY weekend!!) . My daughter had a temperature and was ill in bed all weekend so I hardly went out the house and she was off school today (Monday) so we sat and watched 3 films back to back! I feel like such a slob now, and been up one minute and down the next, it doesn’t help that we have lived off ham and cheese toasties cos they are quick and easy and all we had in the house that wasn’t frozen! Still had evening meals on a small plate so that is one good thing. I have also signed up for this online trainer and had to take me measurements (Yikes! – that was scarey) and just waiting for my workout to be sent through. It’s supposed to be tailor-made so I will be interested to see what comes through. I know I will be better when I am back at work and in my normal routine. Hoping that will be tomorrow! I might go back a few days on the programme to give it my FULL attention. Will keep you posted! xx

It was fab to meet you in person by the way, you are super and like others i do enjoy your bloggs so much. I have also had a emotional weekend with family stuff, and havnt made the best food choices, for a couple of days i was so emotional i couldnt eat anything then got so starving I just had toast, BUT the beauty of this programme is we havnt failed, we havnt broke any diet we have wobbled, we ate toast, we didnt eat the entire contents of the freezer and everything that wasnt nailed down, so to be we done ok, by coping with the emotion of the family worries and not ordering tons of takeaways and junk. I often tell the story the night my mum died, i treated myself to a chinese, as my kids were little it was a treat as i couldnt afford takeaways, and i sat shovelling it in my mouth while crying buckets at the same time, THATs emotional eating!!!So we wobbled, but we are here, blogging, and strong as lions again. I do hope your daughter is well now, just to cheer you up it dosnt get easier when they are 35 and 32, and the grandchildren come along to add even more worry ha ha , but how wonderful is the love they all give too.
Big Pat for you and me for being back on here blogging even though its been a tough time,
Sue xx
Please don't be hard on yourself and let the true test be in how you bounce back from this. You are doing great and despite by circumstances effecting what you are able to do, you still managed to use some tools.
Let us know how you get on and please remember that just like Sue, you have the X FACTOR.
Look forward to hearing about your experiences with an online trainer. My Wii Fit is my personal trainer. If I don't play with it for a while it emits sarcastic comments, like 'Hello Wendy, we haven't seen you for a few days'!
