I have specifically chosen them to be a friendly introduction to enjoying food again because I recognise you might have lost the knack of that.
They will also provide you with a safety net for difficult times because this is the kind of food you can eat when you are alone - when you're NOT in a hurry, or when you might otherwise be tempted to go out and get something that won't do you any good.
